God has a pattern for the End Times Church. Professionals will no longer be the only ones running the ministry. God is raising up ordinary men and women to do amazing things. But many do not know how to carry out their Fivefold Ministry Calling. That is why we provide Fivefold Ministry Training for everyone. But God has now made some changes to the leadership ministries? Yes, they will continue to exist, but they will now be expanded to include a new breed of leader, who can be either a spiritual leader or a secular leader. God is calling men and women to both ministry and business.
Not only is the Lord continuing to raise up the Fivefold Ministry Offices in these last days, but now He has increased the kind of Apostles that He is raising up. And one of the tasks that God has given to Apostle Les is to reveal to the world God’s plan for the

You see, God is raising up seven different kinds of Apostles in these End Times. They will lead the Church to its final glory, and make it ready for the return of our bridegroom, the Lord Jesus Christ.
We have formed Global Business Ministries International to provide the following resources that will allow every believer to find their place in the End Times Church:
1. Knowledge in the form of video, audio, and text. This will equip every believer with what they need to carry out their calling.
2. Personal training and mentorship at all levels. This allows every member of the Body of Christ to rise up and take their place in this world. It does not matter whether you are a new believer or an Apostle of God, you need fivefold ministry training.
3. A covering of protection. We get this through submission to one another under God’s ordained leadership in the Body of Christ.
4. Protection and license in this world. We provide licensing and support for those who partner with us to build the End Times Church.
5. Training using the Scriptures and the power of God. This is for those called to ministry, but also those called to business. The two may thus combine to become an invincible force that Satan cannot destroy.
In the past, it was necessary to give up your secular career in order to devote yourself completely to the work of the Lord. But that was only because ministry was considered the specialist area of professional preachers and teachers.
In the past, these two groups were known as the Clergy and the Laity. But this came from a time when the Church was in the dark ages. This eventually took away all the power and drove the true victorious church into hiding.
The Lord is building a new Church in the days which lie ahead. It will be a Church of power and glory, and it will also be a Church that is envied by the world. It will be led by those who have added adequate fivefold ministry training.
Most students of Bible Prophecy see the final End Times Church as being a weak Church, that has grown cold and lost all of its power. This idea is based on many old teachings, such as the Seven Church Ages of the book of Revelation. And the End Times Church is often seen as the backsliding Laodicean Church.
But God has hidden away His true plan for the final church. And even the enemy does not know what God is planning. Yet God is revealing this to His chosen End Times Apostles and Prophets.
Apostle Les D. Crause is such a person. He was prepared by the Lord for many years through experience and study of the Word. He has walked in the Spirit with the Lord and seen many things concerning the future of the Church of God. And he has become part of God’s plan to make sure that the Mystery of the End Times Church is revealed to God’s people.
His wife, Apostle Daphne Crause went through a separation preparation. When she married Les she moved into the same mandate and calling that God gave him. Now they work together as a powerful Apostolic Team, equipped to carry out fivefold ministry training in the church.
What makes the final Church different to the Church that existed during the time of the Apostles?
Will it have the same power that the Early Church had? Yes, and even more, because we are living in the time of the Latter Rain, and the latter rain is always greater than the former rain.
Will it face the pressures and opposition that the Early Church had? Yes it certainly will, because all those who live godly in Christ will suffer persecution. And we have an enemy that opposes everything we do.
Will it succumb to the pressures of the world and disappear as the Early Church did? Most certainly NOT. Because God is adding an extra dimension that the Early Church failed to embrace.
One of the main factors that led to the destruction of the early church was the lack of financial resources. This has been the case throughout history and every great work of God died for the same reason.
God raised up many mighty men and women who stirred the nations and revealed the power of God in mighty ways. But in the end, they all fell by the hand of the same enemy – lack of financial resources.
The first Apostles of God led the early Church. They moved in signs and wonders and showed the power of God. But there will be a new breed of Apostles leading the End Times Church. They will be men and women who not only know the power of God, but also know how to control the wealth of this world.
In times past under the Old Covenant God raised up a people for Himself to whom He gave a Promised Land that flowed with milk and honey. And the descendants of that people group still to this day, have held to the promise of God that they should walk in prosperity and not financial lack.
it is a known fact that many of the wealthiest people in this world are Jewish in origin, and they still embrace the promise of God to Abraham. They refuse to accept poverty or lack as something the God wants in their lives.
But somehow the Church of God has believed the lie that they should give up all temporal things in this world, to serve the Lord in poverty and lack.
It is time that this lie is exposed for what it is – the ploy of the enemy to make sure that the Church once again disappears because they lack the financial resources needed to complete the call of God to claim this earth for the Kingdom of God.
